Living with M.S.

"Living with M.S. is sort of like training for a long race. The harder you try, and the longer you keep at it, the stronger you become.
Eventually, looking back, you may be amazed at the power you possessed, even when you had no idea it was within your reach." (Linda Ann Nickerson)

Tremors - Facing MS symptoms from A to Z

Multiple sclerosis can make a person a little shaky sometimes. Limbs may take on minds of their own. Without warning, a hand or a foot or a shoulder or some other body part starts to tremble. It quakes. It quivers. It twitches. It shivers. And it’s not even cold.

Something’s a-shakin’ – and it sure ain’t the earth.

That’s what MS tremors feel like. This unpredictable and uncontrollable quavering may abate within a few moments, or it may persist for days.

It’s just one more way the MS MonSter causes the body to betray itself. It’s not exactly painful, but it’s definitely disconcerting while it lasts.
